Clone Detector provides domain clone detection, phishing threat identification, and brand protection services through our web-based platform at portal.clonedetector.com.

2. Eligibility

To use Clone Detector, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access our services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a secure password. You will receive 10 free credits upon successful registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised.

4.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Credit System and Payments

5.1 Credit-Based Model

Clone Detector operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 1 domain scan. Credits are consumed when a scan progresses beyond the initial domain fuzzing stage.

5.3 Free Credits

5.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. We accept major credit and debit cards.

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use Clone Detector to:

• Scan domains you own or have authorisation to monitor

6.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service beyond normal API usage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without written permission
• Use scan results to conduct malicious activities against identified domains
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

Clone Detector, including its design, features, algorithms, and content, is owned by Essential AI Solutions LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of any domains you submit for scanning. Scan results and reports generated from your scans are licensed to you for your business use.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Clone Detector, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

Scan results contain publicly available information about third-party domains. This data is retained to provide historical analysis and improve our detection capabilities.

9. Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of scan results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Essential AI Solutions LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on scan results or failure to detect threats

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Essential AI Solutions LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you submit through the service

12. Account Termination
