Where can I download my reports?
Log into your portal, navigate to “My Scans”, and click on any completed scan to access download options in 5 formats.
How do I buy more credits?
Go to “Billing” in your portal dashboard. Choose a credit package and complete the secure checkout process.
Can I cancel a running scan?
Yes, during Stage 1 (Domain Fuzzing) you can cancel for a full credit refund. After Stage 2 begins, the credit is consumed.
